We understand the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, and will be proceeding to tattoo with heightened measures of precaution and sanitary practices.

As always, we operate by appointment only, and will continue to do so to limit the risk of exposure. In order to keep our work environment at the most minimal risk, we ask that our clients observe a few measures before coming to your scheduled appointments.

  • We ask that you confirm with us that you are not expressing any symptoms of illness within 72 hours prior to your appointment.

  • We ask you to inform your artist if you have recently been in contact with anyone expressing symptoms of illness.

  • Please arrive to your appointment freshly showered and wearing clean clothes.

  • We ask that you arrive to your tattoo appointment alone. Only clients receiving a tattoo will be permitted into the shop.

  • All clients and artists must come equipped with their own clean mask (covering the mouth and nose), and the mask must remain on for the duration of your visit.

  • We ask that you not consume food within the shop.

We also want to make sure you are aware of the risks of receiving a tattoo during the pandemic. The body's immune system is slightly compromised for 3-4 after receiving a tattoo, which may make you more vulnerable to contracting COVID-19.

Here are a few extra measures we are taking at Three Fates to ensure the safety of our clients:

  • As stated above, all artists will be required to wear face masks while in the building.

  • Artists will completely sterilize work area in between appointments.

  • We are reducing our hours and appointment times so we have more time to clean, and less overall exposure.

  • We will be taking your temperature before you are allowed to enter the building. If your temperature is above 100.4 degrees, you will be denied entry and we will reschedule your appointment.

  • We are waiving additional deposit charges in the event you must reschedule due to symptoms of illness. If you're feeling at all under the weather, please reach out before you come to your appointment, we are very understanding.

  • We are in the process of getting our paperwork process online, so we can reduce waste and contamination within the studio. We will require you to fill out the paperwork prior to your appointment, and attach appropriate forms of ID.

We know you're doing your best to navigate this trying time. We are eternally grateful for your patience, trust, and continued support as we move into the unknown. Three Fates will always do our best to stay informed on what we need to do to keep our clients healthy.
